Talal Yousif
Founder and Managing Director
Over the last 15 years, Talal has built extensive experience in luxury hotel operations management with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts across the U.S., Europe and the Middle East, hospitality strategic advisory with HVS in London and Dubai, and hotel development with Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts in charge of its growth strategy across the Middle East region.
As a former Director at HVS in Dubai he delivered on an extensive range of hospitality consultancy, strategic and financial advisory services across the Middle East region; while heading up its business development activities through investors, developers, operators, financial institutions and government entities.
He also regularly speaks at investment conferences on a range of topics including asset valuation, hotel ownership and asset management issues.
His advisory credentials covers various types of single/portfolio projects involving feasibility studies, return on investment analyses, valuations, operator search, selection and contract negotiations with the major international hotel operators, as well as operational assessments and budget reviews across the Middle East and North Africa, including the UAE, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Egypt and Morocco. He was also involved in advisory services for large mixed-use development projects in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - particularly in the holy cities of Makkah and Madinah.
He carries in-depth expertise in regional hotel markets and broad exposure to international markets; and maintains an excellent network with developers, owners, operators, investment institutions and government entities.
As a Swiss national, Talal holds an MBA in General Management, Strategy and Leadership Development from IMD (Lausanne, Switzerland); a BSc in International Hospitality Management from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) in Lausanne, Switzerland; and a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University. He also has proudly completed his military service in Switzerland.
Fluent in English, French and Arabic; Talal is passionate about hospitality and travel, leadership, luxury, wellness and digital transformation. His hobbies include fitness, running, hiking, yoga/meditation, reading, philosophy, cooking and motorbiking.
